Geaux Tigers


Are you an LSU fan? We have the cutest mini book to display all of your favorite LSU pictures. This class will be on Saturday, July 19th from 11am - 1pm. You will create a 5x7 mini book with LSU themed accents and colors. Call to sign up, space is limited!

Catching up

with some news and photos.
This Tuesday, Lena's class themes will be, swim and friendship. Please call the store to let us know that you are coming so we will have a class kit for you. Thanks.

Next All Day Crop is scheduled for August 16. Since this crop fills up so fast, payment is required to hold your spot.
We're still working on a theme, but "Back in School" may be it. Think prizes for attendance, good behavior......yeah right! LOL! We'll see what the crew comes up with. :)

Layouts for this Friday's crop is Disney and Boys.

Happy 4th of July!!

We hope all of you have a happy and safe holiday. The store will be closed all day Friday, but open Saturday at 10am.

Tuesday's class themes are baby, bath time and our new family. 6pm.

Beginners or anyone wanting to brush up on the basics of scrapping, Anne will be teaching 2 classes.
Saturday, July 12, 10:30am and
Thursday, July 17, 6pm
Bring your photos, sisters, love, friends or family. Tools needed, adhesive and paper trimmer.

LSU mini album class, Saturday, July 19, 11am-1pm. We have only a few spots left for this class.

Acrylic album class, Saturday, August 2, 1-3pm. Class size will be limited.

New product is still arriving. The cardstock rack is full with lots of new Bazzill colors.
Beach and summer papers, stickers and embellishments.
Boy and Girl shimmer papers, felt and chipboard embellishments and stickers.

While we were at the convention we were lucky enough to take a class by Tim Holtz. http://www.timholtz.typepad.com/
It was great fun meeting him and spending time learning from him. The product has been shipped and should be arriving soon, and we will be teaching this class. If you've heard of grungeboard, distress inks and fragments but don't know what they are or how to use them, you'll love learning in this class. A sample is at the store if you'd like a peak.
I will post the class info as soon as we have the product.

Technique Tuesday

Tuesday's class themes are 4th of July and Beach. Be prepared to get messy! We're making the background papers for each of these layouts, so you'll be cutting, tearing, painting and gluing, and learning lots of techniques.
Time: 6-8pm, and we will be starting at 6. Call the store by Monday to reserve your spot, seating is limited.

Lots of new stuff this week. Disney, and Disney albums that are just too cute. Papers and embellishments for boys, girls, family, swim and dad.

The LSU mini album class is set for Saturday, July 19, call the store to sign up, seats are limited for this class.

Tuesday's class themes are swim and Disney, please call and let us know by Monday if you want a kit. We hate to turn anybody away, but the kits are made by Monday. I do apologize to those of you we couldn't accommodate last week.

For the Friday crop the projects are a 2 page layout about Family. Jamie is also making a journal/address book. Call the store to save your spot. If you don't want to do the projects, you are still welcome at the crop, come and work on whatever you like.

Great Day!!!

Thanks to all for such a great all day crop. We were so busy I forgot to take more photos, but here are the few I did get.
Thanks to my wonderful staff for the great classes you all did, it's fun to be around such creativity.
And thanks to all of you who attended the crop and made the day so special. We'll pick a date for the next one soon.
